Description: This quiz concerns the cantons and townships in my country; the GUI (as well as all names) are in Luxembourgish.
4 types of quiz (sets of questions) are available in the Quiz menu: guessing the canton, the number of inhabitants or the ward
(election district) of a given township and for the fourth quiz, guessing the emblem of a given canton. For the first 3 quizzes, answers are given by selecting
them in a list (combobox); for the emblem quiz, the answer is given by selecting the emblem's picture.

Free Pascal features: Showing/hiding comboboxes for selective user data entry. Loading random pictures from file. Mouse-click events
on pictures. Changing picture size (picture stretching) during runtime. Reading text files (classic Pascal).
