Resolving simple linear trigonometric equations.
| Download Trigonometry2 desktop application (Windows 64bit) | Download Trigonometry2 source code (Lazarus/Free Pascal) |
Description: Mathematics application, that can be used to resolve simple linear trigonometric equations. The equations considered are of the
form a·f(n·θ+k) = b, for a given interval [θ1 ; θ2], with f being one of sin, cos, tan, cotan, sec, cosec. The application works with radians, as
well as with degrees. There is a (limited) support of using the symbols π and √ when entering the equation parameters.
Possible extensions: Calculation of the general solution. When using radians, trying to express the results as a multiple or a fraction of π.
Free Pascal features: Basic controls. Showing/hiding/modifying controls, depending on actual situation. Using the functions of the
math unit.
